P1 - electric panel bender
A bending central force is generated by a moving part (punch) between two constraining reactions generated by a fixed part (die).
The bending force is lateral and generated by an oscillating part (blade). The constraining reactions are generated by two parts which strongly lock the sheet.
Fast, simple and lean.
The blank is moved by the manipulator which quickly and accurately places the side to be bent in front of the press.The blankholder holds the blank firmly in position so that the blades can then make any number of bends, up or down, in rapid succession.
