MAC2.0 is the set of proprietary technologies used to measure any variations in the mechanical characteristics of the material compared to their nominal value directly in-cycle, compensating them automatically and instantly adapting the movements of the bending unit. When bending parts of the same material and thickness, the panel bender is therefore able to compensate, automatically and without manual adjustment, for any differences in tensile strength of between ±5% and ±25% of the nominal value. This translates into consistent part quality whatever the variability of the material being machined, eliminating waste and optimizing production times to ensure full productivity.
