ATA automatic upper tool adjuster

  • Available for both the upper and lower tools;
  • it allows kits or batches;
  • changeover takes just a few seconds;
  • programming is simple and intuitive.

    • 2600mm (on 3000 model)
    • 3600mm (on 4000 model)
    • 4600mm (on 5000 model)

Tools

  • Hydraulic or pneumatic WILA Premium upper clamping required;
  • tools are never extracted from the clamping device during changeover.

MVM adjustable V die

  • It allows materials with different thicknesses and/or bending radiuses to be bent;
  • the numerical control adjusts the V opening as a function of the bending program;
  • no manual die set-up is required;
  • S-crowning integrated.

FLW sheet follower

  • For bending particularly heavy or large parts;
  • it features maximum capacity of 150 kg.
