Technical cookies

They make a website work as well as allow the user’s navigation; without them, you may not be able to correctly access the pages as well as utilize some of the services.

Therefore, it is not required your consent, since processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party [Art.6 (1) f].

  • “session” cookies, which get immediately deleted when the browser closes;
  • “persistent” cookies, which remain into the browser for a determined time period;
  • “own” cookies, they get directly generated and managed from the manager of the website the user is navigating;

In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, data may be accessible:

  • to persons in charge of the operation of the site and belonged to the Data Controller organization, that received specific instruction about Data Processing activities by Data Controller;
  • or external parties (e.g. technical service providers, web site providers, etc.) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors. You can request the updated list of these parties to Data Controller at any time. Data Processors guarantee levels of security that comply with those required by law.

Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement (right to notification);
  • the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay, according to the Regulatory provisions (right to be forgotten);
  • the right to object to processing of your personal data (right to object);
  • the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data relating you infringes this Regulation;
  • the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the Controller to which the personal data have been provided, according to the Regulatory provisions (Right to data portability).
