AVS turns laser cutting into a work station downstream of punching, thus guaranteeing the maximum precision of the cut parts. Artificial vision speeds up the centering of the metal sheet and allows previous machining operations to be used as references for positioning it, with no restriction on shape.

SVS regains scrap and sheet metal leftovers, responding to urgent needs or replacing any waste in downstream machining activities. SVS acquires the image of a sheet metal leftover positioned on the worktable and transforms it into a dxf to be used as the starting format for a new nest. The multisheet feature makes it possible to organize a production list, positioning more than one sheet metal format on the worktable and associating different production programs with a simple drag&drop.

NVS checks that the laser beam is centered, and uses the machine learning algorithms to monitor the state of the nozzle and reduce waste.
