Privacy notice – Section resources
This Privacy notice has been drawn up pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 and the Guidelines of the European Guarantors Working Group on Privacy Policy. Data you insert in the form will be collected and processed by Data Controller, SALVAGNINI ITALIA S.P.A., with registered office in Sarego (VI), via Guido Salvagnini n. 51 (Data Controller), for the following purposes:
- send you e-mails containing information material and updates about the selected topic. For this aim, your data will be processed by information systems with security measures adequate to the processing activities. In this case, since the necessity of processing is similar to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1 lett. b. GDPR), your consent is not needed. After that, if personal data are no longer necessary in relation to other purposes for which they were processed, Data Controller will store them for a maximum period of 24 months.
- Data Controller can use some information about the operation you perform on received e-mails (e.g. email opening, click on links inside the emails, etc.) for statistical purposes, aimed at improving the communication performance and the quality of services offering. For this purpose, your consent is not needed, since data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller about the improvement of services offering quality (art. 6.1, lett. f. GDPR). In this case, your data will be stored just for the time strictly necessary for the analysis aggregated results. After that, they will be deleted or anonymized in an irreversible way.
- Only upon your specific consent, data will be used for sending you information material regarding products and services offered by Salvagnini (e.g. information on Salvagnini products, webinar invitations, etc.) and stored for as long as you use the service. Subsequently, in the absence of further processing purposes, the Data Controller will store your data for a maximum period of 24 months.
- Only upon your specific consent, data will be used for sending you information material based on your preferences. Only in this case, such data will be stored for a maximum period of 24 months. After that, they will be deleted or anonymized in an irreversible way.
For the purposes referred to point 3. and 4., you can withdraw your consent at any time, by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button present within the received e-mails.
Your data may be accessible to authorized persons in charge, involved with the data processing activities and belonged to Data Controller organization or external parties (e.g. information systems providers) or other Companies belonging to Salvagnini group, acting as Data Processors or Data Controllers. You can request the updated list of these parties to Data Controller at any time. In any case, data will not under any circumstances be disseminated or transferred outside the European Union.
You may at any time exercise the rights provided for by the Regulation, including the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and where that is the case, access to the personal. You may also request the deletion of processed data, where provided by European Regulatory. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You can also limit the processing in case of an objection, as well as you have the right to oppose the processing of your data on legitimate interests. You shall in any case have the right to obtain the portability of your data.

If you do not receive a response to request within 30 days, you have the right to lodge a complaint against the Supervisory Authority.
