This Privacy notice has been drawn up pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (so called “GDPR”) and the Guidelines of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB).
 

Your personal data (e.g. name, surname, e-mail, company, etc.) has been collected during the event and will be processed by the Data Controller, SALVAGNINI ITALIA S.P.A., with registered office in Sarego (Vicenza - Italy), via Guido Salvagnini n. 51, for the following purposes:

1. Contact you to follow up your requests. For this aim, your data will be processed by information systems with security measures adequate to the processing activities. In this case, since Data Controller will process data only to answer to your request, your consent is not necessary, since the processing is similar to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1 lett. b. GDPR). After that, if personal data are no longer necessary in relation to other purposes for which they were processed, Data Controller will store them for a maximum period of 24 months.
2. In the context of the processing referred within Purpose 1, Data Controller can use some information about the operation you perform on received e-mails (e.g. email opening, click on links inside the emails, etc.) for statistical purposes, aimed at improving the communication performance and the quality of services offering. For this purpose, your consent is not needed, since data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller about the improvement of services offering quality (art. 6.1, lett. f. GDPR). In this case, your data will be stored just for the time strictly necessary for the analysis aggregated results. After that, they will be deleted or anonymized in an irreversible way.
3. Only upon your specific consent, data will be used for sending you information material regarding products and services offered by Salvagnini (e.g. information on Salvagnini products, webinar invitations, updates etc.) and stored for as long as you use the service. Subsequently, in the absence of further processing purposes, the Data Controller will store your data for a maximum period of 24 months.
4. Only upon your specific consent, data will be used for sending you information material based on your preferences. Only in this case, such data will be stored for a maximum period of 24 months. After that, they will be deleted or anonymized in an irreversible way.
    

For the purposes referred to point 3. and 4., you can withdraw your consent at any time, by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button present within the received e-mails.


Your data may be accessible to authorized persons, involved with the data processing activities and belonged to Data Controller organization or external parties (e.g. information systems providers, agents) or other Companies belonging to Salvagnini Group, acting as Data Processors or autonomous Data Controllers. You can request the updated list of these parties to Data Controller at any time. In any case, data will not under any circumstances be disseminated or transferred outside the European Union.
 

You may at any time exercise the rights provided for by the Regulation (art. 15-22 GDPR), including:

• the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and where that is the case, access to the personal (Right of access);
• the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you (Right to ratification);
• the right to request the deletion of processed data, where provided by European Regulatory (Right to erasure) and the right to obtain from the Data Controller restriction of processing when the processing is unlawful;
• the right to object the processing of your data based on legitimate interest (Right to object);
• you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
• the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority;
• the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another data controller (Right to data portability).
