What if production complexity became your competitive advantage?
Production volumes fluctuate. Product mixes become more varied. Priorities change quickly, while skilled resources are increasingly difficult to find. Responding to this complexity does not simply mean adding more machines or more automation. It means creating a production system capable of adapting, coordinating different technologies and managing changing requirements with less manual intervention.

A new evolution of the Flexible Smart Job Shop
Flexible Smart Job Shop combines stand-alone technologies that operate independently and collaborate where needed. At EuroBLECH 2026, the configuration connects laser cutting, sorting, intralogistics, robotic panel bending and press-brake bending in a coordinated flow from sheet to finished part. The result is an adaptable production environment with less intermediate handling, waiting and manual intervention.
Technologies in the Flexible Smart Job Shop
This fiber laser cutting system is designed to combine high accessibility, high rigidity, efficiency and completely simple use. In the configuration on display, L3.G4 integrates a 10 kW high power density source.
Automatic store-tower for unmanned material loading, unloading and storage. The configuration on display is equipped with 10 trays and makes different materials and thicknesses available for just-in-time production.
Automatic sorting device used to easily stack parts of different shapes, sizes and weights. Today MCU can pick up thicknesses of between 0.5 and 20 mm and weights of up to 90 kg for each manipulator, or 180 kg when the two gripping devices work together.
New artificial vision application, integrated with APC2. APVS adds a further control level: a camera monitors the process and supports the identification of cutting losses, even in complex operating conditions, extending the APC2 application range.
Application combining a P2-2520HG panel bender, a robot and a 135 ton, 3000 mm B3 press brake in a single robotized cell. This is a Generation 4 P-Robot.
The ideal panel bender for high-thickness machining. Designed to combine flexibility and productivity, this compact panel bender is the most recent of the six models available on the P2 platform. In specific conditions and depending on the tensile strength of the material, can bend thicknesses of up to 5 mm for aluminum, 3.2 mm for stainless steel and 4.2 mm for mild steel.
Equipped with ATA and ATA.L devices for upper and lower bending tools, this 135 ton and 3000 mm B3 press brake automates the set-up to recover production times and efficiency.

Consecutive processes. One intelligently governed flow.
S4+P4 Flexible Smart Line integrates punching-shearing and panel bending in one compact, fully automated flow. FLOW coordinates S4, MCU and P4, selects the best strategy and uses a digital twin to compare queues and scenarios before production. The result is a more visible, adaptable and efficient flow, with less WIP, handling and downtime.
Technologies in the Flexible Smart Line
Automatic single sheet store-tower for maximum flexibility. Compact and flexible, MD adapts to the production layout and supports an ordered, rational and consistent storage logic that meets the needs of dynamic production jobs.
Punching, reduced consumption and application versatility. This is a Generation 4 punching-shearing machine with the classic Salvagnini multi-press head and integrated shear for flexible, continuous part production.
Automatic sorting device used to easily stack parts of different shapes, sizes and weights. Today MCU can pick up thicknesses of between 0.5 and 20 mm and weights of up to 90 kg for each manipulator, or 180 kg when the two gripping devices work together.
Automatic panel bender with 260 mm bending height. The model on show also integrates numerous options (CUT, CLA/SIM, RSU, EPP, and DPM-I) used to extend the application range of the panel bender while maintaining high production flexibility. All these options are however not mutually exclusive.
FLOW is the new MOM software that connects the integrated devices in the line and coordinates their production behavior. In addition to the ability to manage production strategies, FLOW also offers simulation capabilities. In the office, FLOW-Office makes available a digital twin of the production system, used for the offline simulation of the actual line behavior as the production strategies vary.
